SLOW SMOKED PULLED PORK

Scottish pork, seasoned and slow smoked until moist and tender - ready to reheat and create your own BBQ dishes at home.

Our meat is locally sourced through Aberdeen's award-winning Scottish craft butcher, H&S Milne & Sons. 

Products are frozen fresh.

INSTRUCTIONS: Allow to defrost. Without piercing the vacuum bag, submerse the entire meat pack in a pan of simmering water for 10-15 minutes to allow the meat to heat right through - this will help retain the moisture and flavour of our BBQ slow smoked meats. Meat should be piping hot before serving.

PORTION GUIDE:
2-3 servings = 250g
4-6 servings = 500g
8-12 servings = 1 KILO
