SLOW SMOKED BEEF BRISKET
Scottish beef brisket that we've trimmed, seasoned with dry rub, BBQ slow smoked and cooked until meat is tender and falling apart - ready to reheat and create your own BBQ dishes at home.
Our meat is locally sourced through Aberdeen's award-winning Scottish craft butcher, H&S Milne & Sons.
Products are frozen fresh.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Allow to defrost. Without piercing the vacuum bag, submerse the entire meat pack in a pan of simmering water for 10-15 minutes to allow the meat to heat right through - this will help retain the moisture and flavour of our BBQ slow smoked meats. Meat should be piping hot before serving.
PORTION GUIDE:
2-3 servings = 250g
4-6 servings = 500g
8-12 servings = 1 KILO

We smoke each product weekly and will contact you when your order is ready to collect from Smoke and Soul (The Old Smiddy, Bridge of Don, AB23 8BD). Collection times: Monday-Friday 11AM-2PM / SAT & SUN 12-6PM. Please show your order confirmation email at the bar when collecting.
