Did you catch our first pop-up kitchen at Six Degrees North, Aberdeen?
We had our first "real" kitchen experience this weekend, working out of their commercial kitchen within their city centre bar. It felt great, having the extra space to offer a much larger menu, when we're usually limited to only being able to offer 3 or 4 dishes from our pop-up street food stand.
Huge thank you to the 6DN team for welcoming us into their venue and giving us free reign in the kitchen, to allow us to bring our wood-fired soul food menus into a more cosier environment.. we've got so used to freezing our baubles off in the streets!
