This weekend's menu was definately a first... Fierce Beer brisket and bratwurst, for our Oktoberfest celebration event at Fierce Beer Aberdeen!
We had a lot of fun messing about in the kitchen and coming up with this special beer-infused menu for this weekend's event, celebrating all things BEER with our Fierce-ly passionate friends. Moose Mousse chocolate stout slow smoked brisket and Easy Shift beer infused smoked sausages.
