Our business might be all about barbecue but we've always understood the perfect pairing for good wood-fired food involves a cold beer to wash it down. Having started out our business as a street food trader, we set our sights on Scottish craft breweries across the North East, to offer unique pop-up street food events so the masses could try our food in different locations. Since then, we've always hoped one day we'd get to create our own beer.
Well, that day has finally come...
Introducing our first ever, team-brewed beer - 'Ember Glow'; a Chilli Amber Ale made in collboration with Burnside Brewery, based in Laurencekirk.

Huge thank you to Steve and the #burnsidebrewery team for inviting us to collab on something really special. These guys offer days out at the brewery, to learn all about making refreshing, honest craft brew with their 'be the brewer' brewery experiences.
We'll have limited numbers of our EMBER GLOW bottled for our pop-up events at the Smokehouse as well as the bar at Six Degrees North Aberdeen. They can also be ordered online via their website and through the best local craft beer shops, like Hop Shop (a.k.a. Westhill Service Station).
