Our meat is locally sourced through Aberdeen's award-winning Scottish craft butcher, H&S Milne & Sons.
INSTRUCTIONS: Without piercing the vacuum bag, submerse the entire meat pack in a pan of simmering water for 10-15 minutes to allow the meat to heat right through - this will help retain the moisture and flavour of our BBQ slow smoked meats. Meat should be piping hot before serving.
300g = 2-3 servings
500g = 4-5 servings

**ORDERS & COLLECTION**: Orders placed by 11AM ON MONDAY will be ready to collect from Wednesday each week, at our city centre kitchen at Six Degrees North, Little John Street, AB10 1FF. Collection times: Wednesday-Friday 4.30-8.30PM / SAT & SUN 1.00-5.00PM. Please show your order confirmation email at the bar when collecting.
