Scottish beef short ribs that we've trimmed, seasoned and cooked low and slow in our wood-fired BBQ. Ribs have been portioned up with bone-in, ready to defrost and easily reheat in under 30mins to create your own BBQ meal at home. Vacuum packed for freshness.
Our meat is locally sourced through Aberdeen's award-winning Scottish craft butcher, H&S Milne & Sons.
Defrost overnight in the fridge. Once defrosted Remove from vacuum bag and wrap in tin foil. Place your tin foil parcel of ribs into your oven, pre-heated to 180 degrees celsius, and heat for 20 minutes. Finish off by opening the tin foil parcel and placing back in the oven for a further 5-10 minutes, if you wish.
Ribs should be piping hot before serving (internal temp of 82°C).
